Return Policy

Our Studios work tirelessly to ensure that your Verlas jewelry is nothing short of perfection. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange your jewelry. Please review the terms of policies below.

 

Ongoing Promotions:

Mother's Day. Order by 4/29 to receive by Mother's Day. (subject to change.) 

a) Mother's Day Offers end at 11:59 pm EST on 4/28. 
b) Promotions do not apply to Accessories, Try-at-Home kits, Warranties, and Bespoke jewelry.
c) Any ongoing promotions such as $100 off min. purchase of $500 will pause from 12:00 am EST on 4/10 to 11:59 pm EST on 4/28. 
d) 30-day, 60-day, and engraved jewelry return policies apply as per the standard return policy below. 
e) Shipping to you is always free and return shipping is chargeable when ANY promotional offers are availed
f) All shipping labels are insured for the value of your jewelry and require a direct signature upon delivery. 
g) Returning partial items after ordering 2 items at 20% off or 3 items at 30% off? The refund amount and promotion will adjust depending on the number of items that you choose to keep. For e.g. when returning 1 of 2 items, the final discount on the item you choose to keep will be 10% (Buy 1, Get 10% off) OR when returning 1 of 3 items, the final discount on the 2 items you choose to keep will be 20% (Buy 2, Get 20% off).

a) All U.S. orders received on 5/4 and 5/5 will be shipped for free via 2-Day FedEx Shipping. 
b) All products featured on this page are eligible for free returns as per the regular 30-Day and 60-Day Return Policy.
c) If you're looking for overnight shipping, you may purchase expedited shipping at checkout.
d) Weekend overnight shipping charges will be additional.

 

30-Day Returns

If you return your purchase at Verlas.com within thirty (30) days after you receive your jewelry, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered & should not have any missing parts) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents and instructions. There will be no charge for return shipping across the US (except Puerto Rico). 

60-Day Returns

If you return or exchange your purchase at Verlas.com after the first thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days after you receive your purchase, you will receive a Verlas Credit for the full purchase price of the product. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered & should not have any missing parts) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Engraved Jewelry 

We accept returns for engraved jewelry. If you return or exchange your engraved jewelry purchased at Verlas.com within 30-Days or 60-Days after you receive your purchase, you will receive a Verlas Credit for the full purchase price of the product, subject to successful inspection. We will provide your Verlas Credit, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Verlas.com does not accept any returns after sixty (60) days upon receipt of jewelry. If the purchased Verlas jewelry is under warranty, you may be eligible for a Buy-Back or Upgrade. All warranty purchases are final sale, non-transferrable to other products, and non-refundable. All Verlas Credits must be used within one (1) year of receipt.

 

Special/Bespoke Orders

Special Orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.  For additional details on such orders covered by Verlas Care, contact care@verlas.com

 

Ring Resizing

We will gladly accept resizing requests within 30 days from delivering your jewelry. Verlas covers one round of complimentary resizing , inclusive of shipping charges. Additional requests will be accepted after one round of complimentary resizing. (shipping charges will apply). For jewelry not covered by Verlas Care, repair charges after 30-Days will be additional. Return for Refunds or Exchanges on Items purchased through a Promotion:

If you return or exchange your purchase at Verlas.com for items that were purchased through a promotion, return shipping charges will apply as follows and under the terms of 30-Day and 60-Day Returns: $30 for order value below $750 and $45 for order value $750 & above. If looking for an exchange, shipping the new item/s to you will be free. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered & should not have any missing parts). These should be accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and warranty documents. 

 

Returns on Jewelry Items Purchased through Gift Cards or Verlas Credit:
If you return or exchange your purchase at Verlas.com for items that were purchased using a Gift Card or Verlas Credit, return shipping charges will apply under the terms of 30-Day and 60-Day Returns. If looking for an exchange, shipping the new item/s to you will be free. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered & should not have any missing parts). These should be accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and warranty documents. Refunds will be processed in Verlas Credit with the original validity of the Gift Card/Verlas Credit.


Verlas Care
Warranties are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferrable. 
 

Jewelry Inspection 
When you return items for refunds or exchanges, we require 3-5 business days to process your jewelry for a standard inspection. You will be charged an additional $15 for missing certificates or you can ship back the certificate using your preferred shipping carrier. You will be responsible for the cost of the return. Upon successful inspection, refunds or Verlas Credit will apply under the terms of the 30-Day, 60-Day, Engraved Jewelry, Promotional Offers Policy or those communicated to you via care@verlas.com. 

 

International Orders (outside of the U.S.)
We ship to Canada in accordance with shipping policies for the U.S. however, all International orders including Canada are non-returnable and non-refundable. 
 

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Verlas.com, please follow these steps:

    1. You may indicate the reason for your return on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.

    2. Include all original contents of your package, including certificates, when shipping back your order.

    3. If provided for a return within thirty (30) days, ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price of the product, unless shipping charges have been communicated to you under the terms of promotional offers or engraved jewelry. 

    4. If returning a purchase after thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days, you may choose to move forward with our shipping partner for insured shipping or arrange returns with a common carrier (for example with the post office, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.). Should you choose your own shipping carrier, you will be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of your returned jewelry. 

    5. All returns will be inspected by our quality assurance team before we can process a refund. Upon receipt, Verlas.com inspects every product to ensure it is unworn, tagged, unmodified from its original form and no piece is broken/missing/damaged.

    Verlas.com isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
