Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange the purchase subject to the conditions below. 

 

Ongoing promotions (updated on November 30, 2020) 
a) Holiday offers do not apply to Try-at-Home kits and bespoke jewelry unless specified.
b) 30-day, 60-day, and engraved jewelry return policies apply as per the standard return policy. 
c) Shipping to the client is always free and return shipping is chargeable when promotional offers are availed

d) Cyber Week Offers are valid from EST 12:00 am on 11/30 to 11:59 pm on 12/06.
e) For order value under $999, 15% off + $100 in Verlas Cash will be applicable.
f) For order value $1,000 & above, 20% off + $200 in Verlas Cash will be applicable. 
g) 
You will receive your Verlas Cash to be used on Verlas.com within 24-hours of placing your order.
h) Verlas Cash can be applied to order values $500 & above immediately upon issuing until 11:59 pm on February 28, 2021.
i) If Verlas Cash is used, returns don't apply to your original order. 
j) If your original order is returned, Verlas Cash automatically becomes void.

 

30-Day Returns

If you return your purchase at Verlas.com within thirty (30) days after you receive your jewelry, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the product. We will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered & should not have any missing parts) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents and instructions. There will be no charge for return shipping across the US (except Puerto Rico). We will gladly accept resizing requests within 30 days from delivering your jewelry. Verlas covers one round of resizing complimentary, inclusive of shipping charges. Additional requests will be accepted after one round of resizing. Shipping charges apply. For jewelry not covered by Verlas Care, repair charges will be additional. Reach out to care@verlas.com for more information. 

 

60-Day Returns

If you return or exchange your purchase at Verlas.com after the first thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days after you receive your purchase, you will receive a Verlas Credit for the full purchase price of the product. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered & should not have any missing parts) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Engraved Jewelry 

We accept returns for engraved jewelry. If you return or exchange your engraved jewelry purchased at Verlas.com within sixty (60) days after you receive your purchase, you will receive a Verlas Credit for the full purchase price of the product. We will provide your Verlas Credit, excluding delivery charges, within three weeks of receiving your return. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

Verlas.com does not accept any returns after sixty (60) days upon receipt of jewelry. If the purchased Verlas jewelry is under warranty, you may be eligible for a Buy-Back or Upgrade. All warranty purchases are final sale, non-transferrable to other products, and non-refundable. All Verlas Credits must be used within one (1) year of receipt.

 

Special/Bespoke Orders

Special Orders are not returnable or refundable.  For additional details on such orders covered by Verlas Care, contact care@verlas.com

 

 

Preparing Your Return

To return a shipped item to Verlas.com, please follow these steps:

 

    1. Indicate the reason for your return in the Return Reason column on the packing slip next to the item you're returning.

    2. Include the packing slip, along with your completed checklist

    3. If provided for a return within thirty (30) days, ship your package pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price of the product.

    4. If returning purchase after thirty (30) days but within sixty (60) days, you will need to arrange returns with a common carrier (for example with the post office, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.)

    5. Your packing slip MUST accompany the return.

    6. All returns will be inspected by our quality assurance team before we can process a refund. Upon receipt, Verlas.com inspects every product to ensure it is unworn, tagged, unmodified from its original form and no piece is broken/missing.

    Verlas.com isn't responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
