    Returns:

    • In case of a full order return, you will be refunded the discounted final invoice value, excluding taxes.
    • If there is a partial order return, the price of the remaining product will be considered and adjusted in the final settlement. If the retained order value falls below the $500 minimum purchase threshold, the promotional discount will be recalculated and adjusted accordingly in the refund amount.
    • The complimentary Verlas Keepsake Box is applicable with eligible orders only. In the event of a full order return, the Keepsake Box must also be returned in its original condition. If it is not returned, Verlas reserves the right to deduct its value from the final refund.
    • For partial returns, if the revised order no longer qualifies for the complimentary Keepsake Box, Verlas reserves the right to recover the value of the Keepsake Box from the refund, if applicable.

    Exchanges:

    • In case of an exchange wherein the invoice value is higher or lower than the original invoice, the discount will be recalculated. It will accordingly apply in the final settlement.
    • In case of a partial exchange, the discount will be recalculated, and the amount will be adjusted in the settlement accordingly.

    Shipping:

    • All products purchased will be shipped as per the usual made-to-order timelines (as displayed in your cart and product pages).
