Our Studios work tirelessly to ensure that your Verlas jewelry is nothing short of perfection. If you’re not happy with your jewelry, bring it to our attention within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you changed your mind about your purchase, it’s no problem! Either way, just make sure your product has the tag on, in case you’re looking to return or exchange it for another item. 


Terms & Conditions

Every return and exchange is processed for a standard inspection that requires 7-10 working days. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered with no missing parts) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, warranty documents, and instructions. Refunds are subject to standard inspection:

  • Your GWP code cannot be combined with any other offer on verlas.com.
  • Redemptions are limited to 1 per customer. 
  • The code cannot be redeemed for any other Verlas product or Verlas Credit of the same/similar value.
  • When customers apply their code at Checkout, it is assumed that they have read through the Terms & Conditions as seen below.
  • GWP promotions apply to all U.S. States only.

    Returns:

    • The terms of 30-day and 60-day returns apply as found here: https://verlas.com/pages/return-policy
    • In case of partial returns, the total value retained should be equal to or greater than minimum order value for the offer to apply. Otherwise:
      • When returning jewelry with the free gift, $45 will be deducted from the final refunded value, upon successful inspection.
      • When returning jewelry but retaining the free gift, 50% of the total value of the gift will be deducted from the final refunded value, upon successful inspection.

    Exchanges:

    • The terms of exchange apply as found here: https://verlas.com/pages/return-policy
    • The exchange value should be equal to or greater than the minimum order value for the offer to apply. Otherwise, the exchange will be considered for a full return with the above terms.
    • A new order will be created for the new jewelry that is lower in value than the order minimum for the GWP offer.
